RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you have changed your mind, your item can be returned within 14 days of the date on your dispatch note.  Late returns may be eligible for a credit note.

All returned items must be in an unworn, unwashed condition complete with tags attached. We are unable to accept returned items which have been marked by makeup, false tan, deodorants or creams and ask for care to be taken when trying your items on to avoid this happening.

Alternative ways to get in touch are a call or text message to the phone number on the website, the contact us page on the website or Facebook messenger.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

It is also very important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer as unfortunately being a very small independent business we cannot provide a free return service. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for lost items in the post.
